Mapping What’s Emerging at Coralus

A Note on This Mapping

As we listened to what was emerging in the Coralus community, the two of us (Sarah and Finn) noticed patterns in how Pods and Ventures were showing up and how they were approaching their collective work. The mapping that follows is one way to make those patterns visible. It’s not the only way and it’s not meant to be final or definitive.
This is just one version of the story. The purpose of this map is not to label or box anyone in, but to offer a starting point for reflection, conversation, and shared sense-making. When we were creating this map, we explored other ways of finding commonality and groups, and while we landed on this one, we realized just how many different ways we could organize these facets of Coralus.

We hope this map gives you a visual way to perceive the connections between different Pods and Ventures to get a sense of how this community is moving. But even more, we hope it inspires you to create your own map, one that reflects where you sit and how you understand the relationships and possibilities in your circles.
When we recognize that there is more than one way to understand what’s happening, we create more space for imagination, for noticing what’s emerging, and exploring what else is possible.
