A Year of Deep Change, Courageous Choices, and Collective Becoming

As we prepare for a much-needed rest period until January, we’ve been reflecting on what 2025 has asked of us and what we discovered along the way.

In a year marked by global upheaval, shifting business landscapes, and the end of anything resembling “business as usual,” we stayed close to our purpose: creating the conditions for transformation.

Here are a few moments that shaped us:

1. Expanding Transformational Possibility

In Q1, we selected, funded, and welcomed another 28 new Ventures into the community — leaders building the essential conditions for systems change to take root and flourish. (See Announcement 1 and Announcement 2)

2. Pods as Rehearsal Spaces for the Future

In Q2, a new round of Pods emerged as powerful sites of relational practice — places where we experiment with what the future of collaboration and care looks like today.

3. Land-Led Wisdom at Findhorn

In May, 20 Activators gathered in Findhorn, Scotland — and the land opened a profound invitation: to let place and more-than-human intelligence become active participants in our journey.

4. A Year of IRL Weaving

What began in Findhorn sparked co-living and co-traveling adventures across Whistler, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, France, Montreal, Ottawa, Berlin, and beyond, reminding us that embodied connection is a force that deepens trust and accelerates possibility.

5. Reckoning with Complexity

Our money update in Q3 made visible what we had long felt: having made 268 loans with 174 loans still in motion, complexity was getting in the way of relationships. We saw clearly that a reset was needed. (Watch recording here)

6. Our 10th Anniversary

Returning to the Source Gathering on the land that birthed radical generosity was beyond expectations — it affirmed how deeply nature is woven into the Coralus origin story and future.

7. A Collective Recommitment

From that milestone emerged a powerful inquiry: What is Coralus called to be now? We invited the community to cross a threshold — recommitting to both personal transformation and systems transformation, aligned with the times we’re in.

8. Syncing with Nature’s Rhythms

Our Full Moon calls have opened a new way of being together, attuning to coral’s natural cycles of expansion, pollination, and regeneration.

9. Deep reverence and recognition of all who have contributed to this ecosystem.

By listening, supporting, challenging, dreaming, and showing up, we are co-creating a world that centers humanity, care, and possibility. We are redesigning the systems that shape our lives, at a pace that feels human again.

We are excited to return in January aligned, nourished, and ready for what wants to emerge next.
