Listening is how I follow energy and bring the unseen, energetic signals in my life into focus. It’s a practice of tapping into my clair senses and merging my physical and energetic realities into a weaving where meaning can arise.
There are 8 main claire senses…
- Clairvoyance (I am seeing)
- Clairaudience (I am hearing)
- Clairsentience (I am feeling)
- Claircognizance (I am knowing)
- Clairsalience (I am smelling)
- Clairgustance (I am tasting)
- Clairtangency (I am touching)
- Clairempathy (I am experiencing)
On my own, or with others, we practice sharing out loud what comes easily through our clairs and into our noticing. Continued practices like this can strengthen our clair senses, build our trust in the unknown, and expand our fields of awareness.
Weaving together the voices of Coralus is an expanded practice of attuning to words and phrases that hold deeper meaning and carry energetic frequency. Over the month, I notice themes we are moving through, patterns emerge and an energetic field forms inviting us into deeper exploration. This unfolding sequence holds the potential to energize, heal, activate, transform, and liberate those who take part. It also becomes an entry point, an opening where others can contribute what is flowing through them.
These are activation codes weaving deep inside living memory within us, healing, loosening, and awakening what’s ready to be alive. This is an emergent energy field; set your space, read at a comfortable pace. As you pass through, we invite you to journal any words, phrases, feelings, sensations that arise creating personalized expansion to this readied field.
