Chaos to Chasm to Creation

Glastonbury Retreat

Voices of clarity, hope and ease reverberate

through the meadows as the fog clears

Loving light bathes each blade of grass every way you look,

kissing each daisy, dandelion and bee

Just be open… make space in that broken heart,

let the cracks help acceptance and fire burst through

Matriarchal and magical land, a forgiving earth,

whispers of goddesses, witches, mothers sing

like pebbles skimming water with glee

Lighter with each collective exhale,

creating space for a release of fear, grief and pain

Cacophany in the mind subsides…….

synchronicity of signals coalesce

…..weaving patterns of resonance

Heart talk, hard truth.

From mending wounds to letting vinegar

dissolve pain and loosen structures

Learning how to unleash and manage energy,

manifest change

hospice and birth new beginnings

A bird coos and dips her beak,

lamenting how few of her friends she can see in the sky

Amazing grace anchors the great work ahead ,

and the inquiry commences

“what shouldn’t be kept alive, what needs to be let go”

Settle in, there will always be bumps and rough seas, but look..

Look…

Deep inside you

She is whole

She is you

She is breath

She is the sun
