At the heart of it, we are still here to flow resources to the dreams and dreamers bringing forth transformation of self and systems.

That’s our DNA — and it remains. What is evolving is how we do this.

What’s Emerging

We are expanding the ways we practice transformation — as individuals and as a collective — to align more deeply with nature’s rhythms and the intelligence of our ecosystem.

• Monthly Full Moon Gatherings — new global sync points to practice, reflect, and align around collective transformation.
• Community Mapping — living maps of who’s here and what each person is working on, so you can find “the others” who share your callings.
• Onboarding Retreats (March–May 2026) — for everyone in the community, hosted online or in person around the world to ground us in our practices, build relationships and attune us to our ways of doing things differently.
• Expanded Gatherings — themed salons and home-based convenings in communities across the globe — PEI, France, British Columbia, Spain, Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne, the UK and beyond.
• Coralus Houses — more homes opening as sacred spaces for collective creation, reflection, and joy.
• Returning to Our Original Activation Contribution ($1100) — At Coralus, the $1100 activation is a conscious threshold — a moment to pause and choose. It’s meant to be a stretch, a personal act of commitment to a community rooted in radical generosity: giving what we can, trusting in the flow of value we’ll both offer and receive.

Pausing to Reimagine How We Flow Capital

For ten years, we have been flowing non-extractive capital — 0% interest loans — to those with dreams of building a world based on relationships over transactions, healing over extraction, and collaboration fueled by creativity. We’ve funded 268 Ventures across all sectors from decentralized news to distributed caregiving, from cell-regenerating nanotech to off-grid energy innovation — Coralus Ventures are pioneering the systems that will define the next economy. We’ve seen what’s possible — and what’s still missing.

As we enter this new cycle, we’re pausing the flow of financial capital while we design the next model — one that moves resources through clusters of people working on the same systems challenges from many angles, connected through trust and shared purpose.

No single person or business can shift systems alone. It takes alignment, coordination, and community — people learning and acting together across sectors and geographies — and we are here to gather and work with those at the forefront of personal and systems transformation.

This pause isn’t a stop — it’s a breath. We’re creating the conditions for a deeper, more relational flow of abundance.

What’s Staying True

Some things remain the steady heartbeat of Coralus — the practices and spaces that keep us connected, grounded, and growing:

• Pods — small, intentional groups for shared learning, mutual support, and transformation through relationship.
• Quarterly Updates — moments to gather as a whole, stay attuned to what’s emerging, and sense where the community is flowing next.
• Our Extraordinary Community — a field of radical generosity, relational depth, and world-class integrity that continues to be our most valuable capital.
• Annual Gathering — returning to the land that has held our story from the beginning, to celebrate, renew, and reimagine what’s next, we’ll meet at Saunders Farm, in Ottawa September 9-11, 2026.

This reset is both a return and an evolution — a shift from being an organization to becoming a living system.We’re aligning with the moon, the tides, and each other — sensing what’s ready to emerge, releasing what’s not, and magnetizing the conditions for transformation to unfold.
