Why the Reset, What’s Changing, What Comes Next?

September 24-25 2025:
During our 10 Year Anniversary (un)Summit in Ottawa, we paused to listen and allow a different shape of organizing to begin taking form. We hosted community gatherings to share why we are choosing to “reset”, what’s changing, and what comes next.

One Community, No Divisions
The line between Venture and Activator dissolves. We are all here to create the conditions for transformation, to share resources, and support one another’s dreams
Sacred Infrastructure
We’re building community-held teams—each led by people who have done deep inner work. This is about weaving a structure that feels alive, relational, and supportive; a practice of being in a living ecosystem where we state our needs unapologetically and offer from our gifts.

Funding Together
Financial capital is still part of our work, but it will flow collectively, not just to individuals. For now, funding is paused while we co-create the next design of how the capital will flow towards deeper systems transformation

Sustainable Contribution
After experimenting with different models, we’re returning to our original $1100 CAD annual contribution.
