Wise salt calling
Suspended in light above my skin
is where the wild still breathes –
unowned, unnamed.
Wise salt calls me back
into my internal wild waters.
Not louder.
Not faster.
But truer.
Something within me feels ordered. crystalline, ancestral, alive –
asking me to surrender
into what I have not yet agreed to become.
And still — it is calling.
Wise salt preserves.
Perhaps we are not here
to perform coherence, but to co-regulate into truth.
And in that truth,
there are tides within us
that have not yet been agreed to.
But the body remembers.
And the field remembers.
And wise salt –
it preserves what is real.
Not just knowledge – or experience
but heart posture.
The way we were always meant to meet each other
when everything else falls away.
Vignettes for Leadership
Internal waters
How are your internal waters?
Because leadership begins there –
before language, before strategy, before certainty.
Wise salt
Wise salt does not erase memory.
It preserves what was true enough to survive uncertainty.
Story sovereignty
Not all stories are true –
but the body and the field remember what is.
Leadership is the story you choose to live from.
Becoming
You are not only becoming something new. You are being asked to remember – what you have not yet agreed to be.
Musing
Perhaps to co-sense is to remember that no one reads the tide alone.
Perhaps the navigator does not look for truth in isolation, but wayfinds in relationship – with wind that shifts direction, winged ones that seek to participate, stars that hold pattern; currents that speak beneath the ocean surface, and the quiet intelligence of the body learning to listen to truth.
Perhaps in this practice, perception is shared. Meaning is not owned; but revealed between elements in motion.
Perhaps what is true is not what is seen first, but what continues to hold as everything changes together.
And perhaps, co-sensing is the discipline of the wayfinder staying in relationship long enough to experience the depth of ocean echoing back that you have answered the call to return to your internal waters.
